"I wanted to take advantage of the early spring day, and Pete was willing to come right over. He topped a tree and removed tree branches from the neighboring yard that were overhanging our fence. Pete and Scott were careful, efficient and friendly. They were very neat, which is important to us as they had to traffic the removed branches through the house ( itâ s an attached house). They cleaned up all of the small branches outside with a blower. We were very happy with the job. We felt the price was fair also."

"High marks for following through and meeting their commitment and doing great work. I had an Almstead arborist review the property and provide recommendations on some dead limbs and trees. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"
