"In April, I pre-paid for a full year of service to take advantage of discount pricing. When I signed up and paid, I was told a technician would be out within a week to begin services. The plan included six lawn treatments, and according to the company’s website, these treatments are supposed to occur every 6–7 weeks. That did not happen. The first treatment did not occur until May 20, nearly a month later. After that, more than 8 weeks passed without service. I called to follow up and received a text message from technician Brandon stating that he would be out the next day. No one came. After multiple follow-ups, he finally showed up on July 17. Since then, more than 11 weeks have passed (today is October 1) with no further service. My repeated calls, voicemails, and attempts to contact the company through its customer portal have gone unanswered. Fairway Green Lawn Care has failed to provide services within the timeframes it promises both on its website and in its communications with me. Proper lawn care requires consistent and timely treatments, which I did not receive. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable lawn care service."

"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"

"This team of men & woman are the BEST. This was a HUGE sized job and took them 2.5 days in the pouring rain, THey disassembled and removed all our office furniture as we moved to a new location. "I'll start by saying that Jofmar (Jose and team) delivered well beyond my expectations. I reached out to Jofmar with a few large hardscape projects after long effort to try and find someone that was professional, on time and and cared to do the work. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Victoria graciously helped me with estimates, explained the process well to understand what is involved for each project and then Jose and his team delivered on the product. The first of two projects just finished up -I had stacked stone garden walls built around all my mulched beds. The attention to detail was a delight to see and I can't wait to finally refresh my garden beds. I want to call out that Jose and team really love the work that they do and it shows. They work hard and are easy to talk to throughout projects. They are agile and will work with you if there is a change in scope. I still have a second project waiting on materials and can't wait to see how well they do there as well. I'll be using Jofmar for any work I need in the future and if I could put them on retainer, I would. Attached are some shots of the work they did for my garden walls."
