Also, I appreciated Mike Green's frank advice about whether to remove a crepe myrtle and could see his point immediately. I wanted the trees taken care of before they lost their leaves and time was of the essence. They came out in two days. They came on time! Juan came to the door and communicated with me on every aspect of the job. I really appreciated and agreed with his recommendations. I never met the gentleman who was up in the trees, but he did an excellent, excellent job. They shredded everything, raked and left the yard in pristine condition. They were here and gone in three hours. Unfortunately, they were gone before I realized it and I was unable to thank them personally for the terrific work they did. I hope the company will do it for me. I was elated, as was my husband, with everything."

"The salesman came out within about 10 minutes of my call.  He gave me an estimate which I approved and we set an appointment to begin the work.  He was very professional.  I was pleased he also brought with him a Certificate of Liability.  However, they are NOT bonded as indicated on Angie's List.   He also told me they did have a 5% senior citizen's discount which is not mentioned on Angie's List either.  The crew was supposed to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00  in the morning.   I am retired and don't usually get up that early so I set the alarm for 7:00.  The salesman called about 8:45 or 9:00 and said they had a crew problem and asked if it would be alright if they came around 11:30 or 12:00.  I told them that would be OK however they actually didn't show up until about 2:00.   Once they started the work, they did a wonderful job.  They brought a wood chipper and cleaned everything .  You couldn't tell they had even been here.  I was also pleased they used pruning paint on those larger branches that were removed."
