But unfortunately, the drain is still not fully cleared. When I called customer service to ask if there was any warranty or guarantee on the repair, I was met with nothing but attitude. I wasn’t rude, I simply asked a question. Rather than receiving a straightforward answer, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I didn’t have the right to inquire about a service I paid a significant amount for. If the answer is “no, there’s no warranty,” then just say that. I would’ve scheduled another appointment and paid for the additional work. But I refuse to support a business that treats its customers like that over the phone. I hung up and blocked the number. To whoever runs this company: please take customer service seriously. It’s hard enough to pay steep prices for plumbing work—being treated rudely on top of that is unacceptable. Hire people who are kind and respectful to your customers. You’ve lost my business."

He told me what needed to be to fix the leak, gave me a quote, got his tools and started working. The whole process took about 30mins or less and he was done. I checked my burners to make sure the gas was flowing properly. Everything was put back in its original place and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. Great Job. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project.
