"The job went very well! Brandon was punctual, right on-time! He brought his equipment and tools inside and then covered the staircase with cloth tarps to protect them. He also placed large sturdy paper covering on the flooring, all the way to the front door! The paper quality was high grade and was taped to the floor. Waited patiently all summer (up to 6 weeks past scheduled installation date) only to be told via email that they would not complete the job, allegedly due to issues with Andersen windows. Several phone calls, emails, and texts were not responded to in order to discuss the issue. Total waste of time. Waiting on the return of my deposit check."
