"After hiring Peter to install 2 skylights, 2 slider doors and a complete remove and replace roof paying out over 20k in total the sliders leak like crazy and ruined my ceilings on the first floor. We have called peter numerous times and all he cares about is collecting he $1200 balance, and rectify the problem. I told him he will get it when he fixes this mess, but it's been a 18 months and nothing has been done... this is inexcusable and gregis. I am contacting a attorney now... very shotty work... do not hire him"

"DO NOT HIRE TIM BARTLETT RUN don’t walk away from Tim Bartlett. His work is horrible. He has no idea how modern tile is laid. He has never worked with contemporary systems such as Kerdi. He tried to install a shower for us with NO waterproofing. He ruined $2500 worth of tile and never even apologized. When I gently pointed out the obvious errors and horrible workmanship in different tile work he was continuing, he walked off the job. And stole parts I had already paid cash for. A total hack. Untrustworthy. Horrible workmanship. No care or pride. Just interested in making a buck. It took me several weeks to repair the damage he had done to my house. I literally had to tear out all of his work and do it myself. I am builder and have done many high end bathroom remodels. I have NEVER seen workmanship this bad. AVOID."

"First team arrived, the workers told me I quoted the wrong material and recommended a different one. They left and called the salesman who assured me it was right and the employee was out of line. New crew finished I found several things broken, damaged window, spots missed. What was done was done poorly. They sent the team back. They finished spraying everything but never cut foam back. They had to come out a fourth time. Nothing was cut with a blade as quoted. It was scraped away. Spots still missed and what was they scraped 1.5”-2” past the studs. After many calls a rep cane out. He voiced concerns about the material choice, agreed it was a poor job and said he would talk to the manager Jesse Almeida. He offered me $400 back. He agreed it was bad but said “I have to be an advocate for the company as well and we have lost way too much money on this job before giving you any money back.” I asked to have the email or phone # of the vp for the company and he refused to give it to me."
