"I'm thinking of cancelling my treatment and demanding a full refund after just one visit. After setting up my first visit with TruGreen and being told my prices which were promised to be around $26.47 for the first application and around $52.95 for the rest so not terrible in my mind. So imagine my surprise when my first bill is over $79.42, now looking at my bill it seems that a charge for TruPro Grub Control for about $52.95 there a charge I did not ask for and was never asked of me it was just charged with no communication between me and TruGreen. If this is the business practices that TruGreen employs, then I would recommend people looks elsewhere. The sad part is if I had just been called and asked about this I would of given them at least 3 stars for their service so far but with this being what happened after the first service visit I can’t in good faith continue to support or use such a scummy company."
