"TDS provided excellent quality and service from start to finish. They removed the old brick chimney that was between the kitchen and dining room, and they did such an excellent job containing the demo debris that I didn’t even have to dust after! They also protected our existing flooring very well. You also can’t even see the patching on the ceiling. And at the end of the job, the PM let us know of a couple other issues he spotted in the attic (replacing vents) but didn’t pressure us in any way to sign them on for another project. I highly recommend them!"

Step One: First we use a simple non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution to agitate the dirt that’s ingrained into the floor (that’s why mopping never removes it, allowing it to build up over time). Step Two: We then use our patented floor tool that applies heated water at just the right pre-selected cleaning pressure in the Containing Dome – pre-selected at a level that precludes any damage. At the same time the water is being applied, it’s also vacuum-extracted at 5 gallons per minute, leaving the surface almost completely dry. Why waste more time and effort "trying" to clean your hard surfaces the old fashion way? COMPANY offers fast, effective, and affordable solutions that work on any hard surface: natural stone; travertine; brick; concrete; and stucco. We can do it all - vertical or horizontal. Our specialty is cleaning tile and grout, but we can do much more. Here’s a list of additional surfaces we can clean with our specialized equipment.
"They got back to me immediately and was very timely. They were courteous, professional, and the job came out very nice. One of the best experiences I've had."

"I chose a local business, despite the higher cost because they had good ratings. What I got was a sloppy, rushed job. From ground debris painted in to drips on the deck boards, from paint on the windows to a horrible re-caulking job. Yes, the owner was responsive but after two 'fixes', the very obvious issues still existed. It should not be on the customer to find the issues. I feel like I could've done a better job. So disappointing."

Composite decking stands up to weather, insects, and daily wear without the yearly sanding and staining that wood needs. The boards keep their color, resist splintering, and won’t warp in the sun, so you can spend more time relaxing and less time on upkeep. Over its 25- to 50-year life span, that durability can easily offset the slightly higher upfront price.
Yes, you can install composite decking on a rooftop, but the structure must handle the added weight and have the right slope for drainage. A structural engineer or experienced deck builder will confirm load limits, recommend specialized fasteners, and design a ventilation layer that keeps moisture from collecting under the boards. Those extra steps protect both the roof and your new deck for decades.
Building a composite deck starts with permits and a solid foundation of footings and framing. Next, installers lay joists, secure hidden fasteners, and place the deck boards, followed by railings and stairs if you need them. The job wraps up with a final inspection and thorough cleanup, leaving you with a ready-to-enjoy outdoor space.
Most composite decks last 25 to 50 years—far longer than many wood options. Plastic binders shield the wood fibers from moisture, while built-in UV inhibitors keep colors from fading. Combine that durability with the absence of splinters and decay, and you get a deck that looks fresh season after season with minimal upkeep.
Timeline depends on deck size, site prep, and crew experience, but most residential projects wrap up in a few days to a couple of weeks. Simple ground-level platforms go fastest, while multi-level designs or sites that need excavation add time. A seasoned pro will give you a clear schedule and keep you informed if weather delays pop up.
Composite isn’t your only choice. For classic warmth, you can choose pressure-treated or naturally rot-resistant woods or aluminum for a lightweight, water-resistant surface. Each material has its own maintenance routine, price point, and style, so weigh the look you want against how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep.
