"Jeremy and his entire crew was amazing from start to finish,from helping negotiate with the insurance company,to picking out nice replacement fixtures and flooring, to getting the work done on time and on budget. I was most impressed by his incredible attention to detail, he made sure everything was done exactly right and not even a speck of paint out of place. We had to get some baseboards replaced and we have kind of unusual color wood grain baseboards and he made sure that the new ones were stained so that they were almost an exact match to the original! We also had to get a closet door replaced and when he couldnt find a suitable replacement he actually bought one and swapped out the broken peices and put it all back together so it looked and worked like brand new! Also this required a remodel of our kitchen and he made sure it was done fast enough that we only had two days of "down time" for an entire cabinet and counter top swap over! His crew even came in on a saturday when things ran a little behind. I was worried as this was my first experience with a major contracting job and growing up in South Florida you always hear horror stories about contractors taking the money and vanishing in the middle of the job or putting in substandard fixtures or doing things in a haphazard way. All I can say is I could not imagine a better experience than JMS, we are having them back to do even more work because we are so pleased with the results."

"I got quotes from 3 different people before coming across Chris (owner) and his team. They have a very reasonable and honest rate for the high quality they gave my commercial show room floor. They set reasonable expectations on the time and service on the initial quote, and when I asked for a little extra, it of course extended the time and price point a little, and they ended up over delivering on their promise. I initially thought there were going to be a few dark spots after treatment just because the state of the concrete was so horrible, but they outperformed their own expectations on the prep and it came out virtually without imperfections, on budget, and on time. Most people leave reviews to say something bad, and I think it is worth noting that I'm going out of my way to say these guys were friendly, professional, trustworthy, and skilled.
