"I have two garage doors and one had broken the torsion spring a while back. I called Rafael after reading his reviews on Angie's list. He answered the phone immediately and told me he was available to come over the next day. I couldn't do the next day so we scheduled a visit for that Saturday instead. He showed up, and quickly replaced the spring and serviced/lubricated both doors . He also checked a couple of other things I was having issues with on the other door. Instead of up-charging me for fixing a simple issue, he explained what I would need to do to fix the issues myself and it worked like a charm. I will definitely be using his company again as he provided a great service in a responsive and professional manner."

Over several years our front door began sticking and the deadbolt lock was not properly closing.  Rick came out and after several attempts to adjust the door determined that the door installation required a reinstall.  He took the frame apart and explained the poor job previously done on installation.  He re-set the door, installed insulation and reinstalled the frame.  His work quality was outstanding.  He was very responsive, timely and his price was very fair for the work that he performed.  I intend to use him again.

"Everything was going well they were completing an extensive remodel it was taking much longer than estimated but that was manageable then they asked for final payment (which was a about 3k over estimate) because it had taken so long and they had some bills due I had done two smaller jobs with them and had more work scheduled so I gave final payment before work was complete but had in writing they were going to come finish work and fix a couple of mistakes. I kept trying to get them to come finish and kept getting the run around, made a 30 day demand to come finish and they never came and I now have a small claims case pending. Very disappointing!"
