We do use subs on large jobs, but are more than capable to do most aspects of building and home repair on our own. We can help you through the permit process or pull them in our name. We have no trip charges, material add ons or estimate expenses.

However, there was a defect in the concrete near our front door, in plain site, and very visible, where the concrete was cracked and broken just days after the project was completed and we had paid in full. We called multiple times and never received a return call. We then sent an email which he returned and set up a time for repair. This repeated itself for 3 separate events, with the patch failing every time. The last time we heard from him was 4 months ago when he said " I will be glad to come out and address the issue. I will contact you when I have a date." That was in July! Based on their poor customer service, after being paid $36,000, I would not recommend Cane Creek Concrete to any of my neighbors or anyone else."
