"My house was built in 1970, and after 50+ years of Louisiana weather, the soffits and fascia on my house were starting to deteriorate. I worked with the Home Functionality team to replace all of the soffit and fascia, and I am completely happy with the results. Their pricing is reasonable. Some contractors gave me huge estimates that just seemed crazy. They gave me a quote that was affordable. Their price quotes communicate what will and won't be done, so there aren't any surprises. Also, my house being an older home, they let me know that there could be extra repairs (and there were), so no surprises there either. They did a great job of keeping the work site clean, picking up loose nails, making sure that my driveway was safe to walk on. The final product is excellent. Everything looks brand new. My house looks like it's ready to take on another 50 years. The team is very friendly and professional, is quick to respond to questions, and keeps communication open. I have some other things I want to do with my house in the future, and they will definitely be my first choice."
