"ARLC LLC - Chris, the owner of ARLC LLC (Always Ready Lawn Care) is wonderful to work with. He presented himself in a very professional fashion when he came to quote on Spring clean-up and weekly lawn care. When the crew who came out for the Spring clean-up and first mowing did not meet the standards Chris and I agreed to, he was out within a couple of days to tend to the yard himself. We could not be happier with the work that has been done."

"the structural engineer visited our home and surveyed the lot. He noted where external influences could be affecting the foundation. The engineer went through the home and measured the elevations of the floor to within 0.1". He created a plot and should how the outside influences were affecting the foundation. A short time after his visit, he e-mailed a 16-page report with a detailed description of the survey, the plot of the elevations, and a written description of the ongoing effects on the foundation and home. He noted how previous foundation repair was negatively affecting the foundation. He noted how to correct the deficiencies and prescribed a chronological list of remedies to return the foundation to fully functioning. Thanks for his hard work and thorough assessment of the foundation. I am avoiding needlessly wasted money on unnecessary foundation repairs."

"ABC states they are a Christian family owned business that cares about its customers but unfortunately I have experienced the opposite especially during a spouses life and death situation. We hired ABC to eradicate pest problems at 2 homes last summer. They completed the treatment at both homes and I signed up for the monthly warranty for $50.00 a month per home where they would come out every few months to recheck for pests. We were able to schedule 1 recheck but unfortunately my husband became ill, collapsing, becoming unconscious and turning blue 2 to 3 times a week requiring me call to call 911 and my husband being in the hospital coding blue twice. When ABC contacted me to schedule the next recheck, I explained that either my husband was too ill or hospitalized and we could not schedule at that time. My husband ended up being in the hospital all of January and passed away in February. The company again called to schedule and I explained that my husband had passed away and I could not function, much less think about scheduling a recheck. They said they sympathized with my situation but were cancelling my warranty on both homes because they had not been able to come back out since the first recheck. ABC didn't care that my husband had been in and out of the hospital 2-3 times a week and had passed away. I reached out to the customer service manager to only get a reply that they sympathized with my situation but it is stated in their warranty that they can cancel if they are not able to do their rechecks. They did not care that my husband of 37 years and I had been through h*** since last summer and he had just passed away. Not to mention that I am the one that should have been upset because of their lack of empathy especially claiming to be a Christian family owned business and continuing to pay $50.00 a month per home when I couldn't have them do the recheck. I never complained and fully understood my obligation to pay the warranty even though I couldn't have them come back out yet. To make matters worse, I explained on-line when I set the appointment that I couldn't see it online and needed a copy in person when they arrived. I didn't see or sign the contract, which was not printed out but on-line until the services were complete and the heat treatment lifted the new vinyl floor at one home and I still didn't complain. This company didn't care about their customer and refused to make an exception in this painful extenuating circumstance. I am very upset with their lack of empathy and understanding.""
