I would have given 5 stars but there was a little damage done to my transition. Yimey came right to me to show me what happened, and he called his operations manager Jon C. I called Jordan who was getting me in touch with Josh another operations manager. I sent the pictures to Josh and he said he would take care of, ok no problem. Jon C. in the meantime asked to speak to me. He was arguing with me that a transition from Home Depot would either match or would come close to the color of the floor. I was not happy with this, and he insisted, I would not budge because that's like going to Burger King for a Big Mac. Josh took control of the situation; I got my transition from the original store I purchased from, and Josh even came to my house to make sure everything was ok. THANK YOU YIMMEY, YASMANY, AND JOSH !!!! The installers Yimmey and Yasmany were absolutely fantastic. They called the morning of the install to say they work be arriving by noon, due to them not finishing a job on Friday. They arrived early and were ready to work. They took care in removing the old sliding door as well as putting the new one in. I cannot say enough on how pleased I am that these 2 men installed my sliding glass door, I'm very appreciative!!!! It started raining during the install and they didn't miss a beat. They kept on going. The cleaned up my home from the materials removed. Yimmey and Yasmany are an asset to Window Wall. They are perfect examples of hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. They didn't rush, but weren't slacking either. I cannot say enough about these gentlemen. Companies nowadays don't care in quality and don't stand behind their products. Love my sliding glass door!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!"

"It took them 8 hours to replace a sliding glass door . Other than the time it took the project went well. The sliding door I chose was not the highest quality either . Sometimes the door fogs over in the morning . The door faces the south east ."

"Very, very well! The existing sliding glass door had three panels that were very heavy and the new sliding door going in had three panels and was very heavy. The job was only supposed to take about 2 to three hours. But, when the existing sliding door was taken out they discovered that it was originally installed pretty poorly, and had a lot of shims and actually a cement bag stuffed up in the top tracking area. Ridgetop went above and beyond by ensuring the new door was being installed correctly. They cemented to level out the bottom track area so that when the track was laid it would be level and not have to be shimmed. So, they ended up being here about 6 hours due to original incorrect installation and to ensure the new door was installed correctly. After they installed the new door their cleanup was meticulous. To the point of even wiping down the white vinyl and the window. Which pleased me very much because I am a neat freak. The quality of the door that was installed was excellent! It is Hurricane resistant, noise-reducing, and surprisingly for the weight of it, it slides effortlessly. All in all I am very pleased with Ridge Top exteriors! It is obvious to me that Ridgetop exteriors has great pride and confidence in their work and their products. I would absolutely, most definitely refer them to a friend or even a stranger at the grocery store!"
