"We were not too satisfied. It took a very long time to get the work done, although to be fair, many businesses were overwhelmed after the hurricane. The planting itself was done very well and we were happy with it. A portion of the front yard turned out beautifully, but one section by the street was not getting enough water for the new plants. We questioned the watering capability when the work was done, but were assured that it was sufficient. The three plants that were put into that area all died in the subsequent months from lack of water. My husband repositioned and replaced the sprinkler line in that area, and our replacement plants (which we paid for) are now thriving. The Greenery would not pay for the plants to be replaced, since they do not maintain our irrigation service. We love the Greenery's plants and flowers, and their sales staff at the nursery is great. However, due to this experience we would not hire their landscaping service again."

They did a fantastic job. The system was installed in one day. It comes on and off automatically and I don't have to manually wet the garden every day. I am extremely pleased with the install."

"Not very happy with the customer service aspect, I would rate them 1 star. I had to reschedule my appointment due to my 8 year old autism daughter having COVID and RSV, whoever I spoke to decided upon themselves to cancel out my contact, make me redo another estimate and charged me more money, all because I had to reschedule due to a extremely sick child. How low can you be to do that to customers who have special needs child/children and need to reschedule and charge me more. No one ever reached out to discuss what happened, like they don't even care what they do and then tell me they have to charge me extra. I'm in a year contract that I paid for so I will use up my year, as for staying with them highly undoubted due to what they did to me. If they took the time to reach out to me since I did try to complain several times and have been ignored. The technician Carlos is the one who deserves the 5 starrs. He was awesome, listen and responded great to all my concerns, took time to explain or answer any questions. I highly recommend Carlos!"
