"This was by far the worst moving experience I?ve ever had. The company ignored a change in service time, dragged out the move far longer than necessary, and showed zero accountability. Several items ? including a TV, couch, and mirror ? were broken, and instead of taking responsibility, they?re trying to avoid blame. To make things worse, they left someone else?s furniture in my apartment and are attempting to charge more than the amount that was originally written and signed. What should have been a simple move turned into an exhausting nightmare that caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and emotional strain. No one should have to go through this with a company that treats customers and their belongings with such disregard. "
