"I received Vargas Roofing contact information from Home Advisor and contacted Gilbert Vargas directly to discuss replacing the canales on my flat roof home with downspouts. Gilbert responded immediately and provided an onsite visit followed by a competitive estimate compared to several other vendors. Mr. Vargas worked his schedule around the fact that I was having the house stuccoed and returned once the schedule was final to discuss colors, and downspout configuration for each set of canales. I would highly recommend Vargas Roofing for your seamless gutter needs. Gilbert Vargas is a professional business person and attends to the job personally to ensure your satisfaction."

"I hired Vargas Roofing to repair two spots on an asphalt shingle roof. He also said that he could do the gutter cleaning. He set it up for a few days later. He came on time and worked alone. Within a few hours, he had patched the roof, did the gutter cleaning, and sealed everything. He even cut some branches so they didn't hit the roof. He was respectful of my property by cleaning up the shingles and all the leaves. Having one person do both jobs really was very helpful. I would hire him again."

"Owner was very professional as was all i dealt with from their company. Prompt evaluation of damage. Quoted repair cost within 1 day. Repair was scheduled promptly within a week. The crew arrived as stated on time. Work crew was very professional and courteous. The work was completed the same day and the crew cleaned up all debris and left my yard spotless. I recommend this company highly and would hire them again if the need was to arise. One of the best contractors I have ever dealt with."

"Felipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one."

"it went well , they did a good job. the price was very fair. they were on time for the scheduled service"

"It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. I would highly recommend him."

"The windows were great. They quickly fixed the mistakes and color matched after the wrong color was applied. Satisfied with finished product."

"Shiloh Alvarado was readily available and he answered all of our questions, phone calls, & e-mails in a professional and timely manner. Shiloh's use of a drone to inspect our roof was an impressive aspect of the roofing installation process. Rocky Mountain Roofing Services LLC did an outstanding job in installing a new "TPO" roof in only 2 days! The working crew was friendly & cooperative. The price that was charged for our roof was fair and reasonable. Rocky Mountain Roofing LLC exceeded our expectations & we happily recommend this company to other prospective customers!"

"Excellent!!! Couldn't ask for a better job. Professionalism from Tim and Gonzalo all the way. They completed and cleaned everything and left the area beautiful. I give this company and these (2) employees 5 stars plus."
