"I?ve had this yard serviced for 22 years and it looked great until this year when Columbia sold out to Experigreen. My yard is now full of crabgrass, I don?t have proof of their service visits done that I have pre-paid for the season. They don?t answer calls, just send texts. I was there when the August tech guy came. He barely Sprayed anything on lawn for about 10 min, missed the back and said he would do it when he finished the neighbors as he had to refill. He told me I could pay extra for crabgrass but I could probably find it cheaper somewhere else. He said he?d leave a paper on my front door that day to describe service, but did not. I called and no one answered so I sent a text and received a text back. I feel totally ripped off and my yard is a mess! I want this rectified or a full refund. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I have pictures, but someone should come out and see my lawn. Hopefully, action will take place soon. Look forward to hearing from you. - Pam Williams"

"The pro has been servicing our Mclean property quite well for a couple of years. Our lawn looks good and we are satisfied with the service. The customer service is sometimes underwhelming but it gets the job done at a reasonable cost which is really becoming harder by the day to get."

"I have no issues with the work performed. Shane and his crew were knowledgeable and efficient. However, aware of the finance charge added to invoices OVER 30 days, I went to pay the final invoice on the 30th day. Finance charges had already been added and I had no option to pay any amount other that the new total. I emailed about his as well as called. No reply. I was going to simply mail a check, but I will be travelling on business starting with the new year. I went to pay the bill online today including the finance charge against my principal just to get it cleared up. Today, the 35th day, there are even more finance charges. If I had time to spend, I would mail a check for the original amount in a couple of weeks. I do not have spare time and I want this cleared up before the new year. I just simply will not do business with the corporate-scam side of this company again."

"We needed to connect our patio to our deck stairs and lower concrete patio. We also had a steep slope we needed a stair-type solution to. Jake came out and went over the details with us. We decided to replace the current square concrete block patio under the pergola with a round paver patio that connected everything. Jake also recommended a large natural stone block stair to deal with the slope. After getting the estimate we were pleased and went ahead and paid the half up-front to get it on the books. They were able to start only a couple months later and spent a good week working on the project. The old patio was torn down and the blocks carefully stacked. Yard damage was minimized and a very nice patio and path was built. The initial stairs connecting to the concrete patio wasn't exactly what we wanted, and Jake had it rebuilt with no complaints and no additional cost. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned-out, and would definitely recommend them."
