"Jeramie is an expert in the craft of laying tile. He make sure everything is shimmed to be perfectly parallel, perpendicular, and plum. He identified a leak problem around my bathtub die to grout cracking. He carefully chiseled out the grout that should not have been at the tub/wall, or the tub / floor junction, cleaned everything up and replaced with beautifully done caulking. He figured out why my tub seemed to be leaking water to one corner. It was not level. He saw that the glass doors were not parallel to the wall because the wall was not square. He found the tiling had been done on drywall not cement board and had swelled because of multiple cracks in the grout. He replaced the damaged dry board next to the tile, checked the plumbing to the tub and sealed it up again with meticulous plastering and smoothing, painting. He had to cut a new piece of tile from a 12 x 12, the only thing I had, to finish the job. Skylight water damage: he and Kevin removed a huge piece of drywall from the well of a 4 x 4 skylight that had leaked. It looks as though it never happened now. They worked with my family member who lived in the house navigating their complicated work schedules, would come at the time appointed, whether early or late, work very professionally, and respectfully. Jeramie presents his clear itemized work and cost plan, which is carefully written out day by day what would be done. This is a very professional worker who goes far beyond being a Tile expert. I will engage them now to repair my front porch in a 1905 house, because they are good carpenters as well. They know about plumbing issues and bathroom, remodels, and spontaneously agreed to take on cutting a hole in granite to place a Vessel sink in an unrelated, unlisted project.they work with care, stay as long as it takes to do the job right. Important lâ y, they listen to my ideas and suggestions. Well done. Elaine"

"Indigo at Perfect Patch Pros did an outstanding job with our ceiling drywall repairs! He responded to my inquiry almost immediately, offered competitive pricing, and got me on the schedule right away. The quality of the repair was top-notch, with the texture perfectly matched to the surrounding drywall. Thanks!"

"Everything went smoothly, from calling to schedule service, through completion. They called ahead to get information about the surfaces that required repair so that they could plan timing, tools, and materials accordingly. I had to wait several weeks for an appointment, but that is frequently the timeframe for services purchased via a deal, so it wasn't a problem. On the day of, once patching was done, the repairman reminded me to wait 24 hours and then sand the patches before painting. He offered that they could come back and do that step but since it had taken a few weeks already to schedule, I thought I might as well do the sanding myself rather than schedule another appointment.  I wish they had brought up the need to wait 24 hours for sanding when I originally scheduled my appointment. It would have been great to line up the second visit at that point - that is the only thing I would change.

"Christopher Calderon, Owner, is knowledgeable, experienced, and attentive to what is being requested of his customer (me)! I was expecting a 2 trip job ~ he (and his expert plasterer) were able to fit, tape, plaster, stipple the wall within 2.5 hours / 1 trip. They also taped the risers and fittings to protect from spray and paint. just wish I could have them paint the wall to completely finish the job. (I know ~ another trade!) I do wish that they wore booties over their very heavy duty work boots to protect the carpet and beige tile. He adjusted the quoted price (less) because it was a very small job. I thought very honorable in light of all that needed to be done. Very grateful. just need to paint, now!"

FAQs for plaster repair projects in Bellevue, WA

Yes, crumbling plaster poses a safety hazard. Crumbling plaster overhead can drop heavy pieces that injure anyone below. The risk increases if the material contains older additives, such as asbestos or lead-based paint, which can become airborne when the surface is disturbed. Have a qualified pro test and repair deteriorating areas quickly to keep your family—and pets—safe.

Ceiling plaster repairs require a lighter touch than wall repairs. Plaster repair professionals apply thinner coats of plaster to ceilings to reduce weight and smooth the surface, which helps prevent future sagging. Wall repairs can handle extra texture and additional layers without risking structural strain. A plaster repair pro will have the expertise to determine the best technique for your problem area.
