He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

It looked like someone had taken multiple bottles of coke or something and just poured them all over the carpets. They were filthy and gross. I just saw them after the cleaning and they look almost new! They did a stellar job. Our tenant told me they were extremely courteous  and very conscientious about doing a good job. "Carpets were in pretty bad shape so I didn't expect a miracle.  Considering the state of the carpet I was expecting spot treating which was not done.  There were quite a few places that were not cleaned to include inside the closets.  The edges of the carpet were also not cleaned well.  Probably one of the biggest issues was that the carpet was very wet afterward.  Going on day 6 now and they are still damp.  I would chose a different company in the future.
