"Davidson and Son. I had a deck around my pool put up exactly 1 year ago from today by Justin’s and his crew and it is now separating from every joint and he refuses to fix it. He told me he would be back last year because the wood started to warp after a month of being up and he never came. I let it go because it was only a couple pieces but now the entire deck is separating. There are a ton of nails and screws the deck posts were pit directly into the ground instead of using sona tubes so it will surely rot a lot quicker if it was done the right way. Mind you this is someone I have known for years as well and does not stand behind his work and told me he spent enough time on it and will not fix it and doesn’t make the wood. Except if everything was plum etc. it wouldn’t be doing this."

"Very happy with the work done by Wesley! Just had a full bathroom remodel completed in an old Philly rowhome. We had an initial plan but then discovered additional damage after the old tiling was taken out. Wesley came back with a very budget-conscious proposal and was able to finish the job in a timely manner, with plenty of attention to detail to make sure we were left with an excellent finished product. Definitely would recommend!"

"I wouldn’t be writing this Review if one thing would have happened, TALK TO ME. Don’t place the answering service in the position of telling a Customer that the Supervisor has left for the day at 2.45p on a Thursday. Especially when the Horizon repairman had just fried our whole cooling system, including the thermostat!! What started with a bad fan motor in a new AC system that was only 3.5 years old in a $10,000 system, for which we had waited 4 days for the new motor to be installed. Add to that the fact that the repairman told me he would be at our home at 8.30a and didn’t arrive until 11.30a - after having to use a vacation day to wait at home for them to arrive. Then telling me this will be ‘quick’ all I have to do is switch out the motor by mounting it and plugging in the new one. Hours went by, nothing. He comes in to test the thermostat and it is non-responsive. He tells me to get new batteries, which I did. Then asks me, “these are new?” To which I say, ‘of course’ - you watched me take them out of the box. Then he goes out to his truck for the next 1.5hrs, supposedly speaks with his Supervisor and comes in and tells me that he has fried the system. I reply by saying I will be calling a senior person to speak with them. Called 4 times and never spoke with anyone. Each time I waited on hold for an extended period of time. Each time, I was then told by the answering service that someone would call and never did. Then at 2.45p I am told “everyone has left for the day” and no one would be calling. This was a Thursday, I had been home all day and no one would speak with me. We remain without an AC system, no plan, no calls - - nothing!!! If I could rate them a ZERO, I would,"

"Tom and his team are phenomenal. We have used his services ranging from simple flooring/painting jobs, to remodeling our kitchen, and restoring our finished basement following damage from a burst water heater. He’s also built custom doors for us in areas where a standard door would not fit in basement storage areas. Everyone that has seen our home has been so impressed by the quality of his work. He has great communication, is extremely knowledgeable and is very timely/efficient which made working with him a good experience all around. We found his pricing to be very fair and on par with (if not better than) other contractors. We will continue to use Tom & his team in the future for all of our contractor needs and would highly recommend!"
