"Called precision paint and power washing to stain my fence which had never been done before, I was going to paint it but they suggested to stain instead and I’m so glad I did.. it will last so much longer and looks great.      I highly recommend Diversified Painting Contractors.  A fair and reasonable estimate was given for the exterior painting and deck staining.  I was also told in advance of the days and times they would be coming, and they reliably followed through for the next 3 1/2 days.  They did an extremely thorough job of power washing, scraping, and sanding.  A special weather-resistant paint was applied to the underside of the roof, which readily chips due to bad weather.  The front support columns were well reinforced.  John Russell is quite knowledgeable about home painting and related repair work.  I am extremely pleased with their very neat and clean work, ultimate professionalism, and courtesy.
