"My synthetic grass was installed in my 5000 square foot front yard 3 years ago. It's been through 3 winters and it looks as good today as it did when it was installed. We tried for 10 years at great expense to grow grass but because we have so much shade and because our yard is so steep we were never successful. "So happy with the project. Mike and crew did a wonderful job working with me to create a retaining wall to support a driveway as well as designed in ground basketball hoop into the wall. We get a many compliments from the regular walkers in the neighborhood. Mike was responsive and easy to work with. The paving contractor changed the grade of the driveway, and we then had to unexpectedly make changes to the wall. Mike and Great Goats were great in extending the project, continuing to work with me to change and complete the project in a timely and cost effective manner. Would hire again."

"I have had Naturescape in the past with great results. This year has been a nightmare.They show up when they say they will and when they finally do my yard was burned. That was done by the Mgr. After phone calls and messages a note was left on my door explaining how I can fix the problem that was THEIR mistake. Seriously?! There is no such thing as customer satisfaction here! We shall see if I receive a refund."

In past always did it on my own. Looked for help, but got screwed! Read the reviews on Google, Better business bureau, and elsewhere. I did not do this but wish I had. My advice is hire a local, non franchise lawn company. Steer clear of True Green!"
