We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. "Called George and he was able to give us a reasonable estimate over the phone. Within a couple of days we had painters John and Jim come in and prep, primer and paint my son's room and closet. They were here at 8 am and kept us posted on what they were doing. Very nice guys. Did a good job, cleaned up and were in and out in 1 day. This is the second time we used CertaPro and we would use them again. You might find someone to do it cheaper but having professionals that know what to do and are good at it is worth the price."

Many painters were not open to both the wood repairs and the painting project, and Anthony was confident in the solutions he recommended and willing to stand by a firm quote. They completed the prep, painting, and the complex wood repairs well. They replaced a large section of siding, which was the most economical and best solution for the areas of deteriorated siding, and left the home looking great. They replaced part of one window sill on an older window, a whole area of siding, and trim and fascia on my porch. Upon removal of the rotted fascia, they found another rotted wood behind, and were able to fix that as well at a reasonable cost. The painting prep and painting was done with attention to detail. They also made a point to leave me with extra paint in case I needed in the future.
