We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. We especially appreciated that because, as we were in the bid-taking process, we had a multi-thousand-dollar plumbing disaster that affected us budget- and time-wise. Saul stuck with us until we were ready, he showed up to the minute at the time we requested and he always wore a mask when he was talking to us, which I appreciated because I"m in the high-risk age group. He kept us updated on how things were going.
