Once all the paperwork was done and accepted, it was about a month before they started the job. This time frame was expected and acceptable. The job included taking off old roof, replacing wood that was damaged by mold or water; took off the chimney that was damaged by raccoon; put down new metal roof and replaced gutters, and I'm sure more than I can remember. Capps workers worked hard and they tried to keep yard picked up from debris. Once the job was completed, they had everything picked up. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work included. Capps Roofing has been in business for a number of years. Everyone was courteous and answered all questions. I highly recommend Capps Roofing for your roofing needs. I love my metal roof."

She scheduled the estimate appointment and showed up during the time frame Gigi gave me. I have not ever too joyfully paying repair bills, however there is always a first! I called this morning to take pay for the invoice, I spoke with Sean the assistant account manager, he was the cherry on top for this company. He is professional and caring. In conclusion this company should get 10 stars! They have amazing costumer service, amazing professional services and fair, competitive pricing.
