"We have hired West Side Appliance several times over the years, for appliances in 2 different houses, incl, stove repair (x2), dryer repair and vent cleaning, refrigerator repair, and washer repair. They are always professional and knowledgeable, and have always been very good about discussing options (i.e. when a repair is not needed or would not be warranted given the age and condition of the appliance). All of the repairs they have performed have worked well and needed no further adjustments/work. I will continue to hire them, and recommend them to anyone who asks. I wouldn't say they work cheaply, but having things done correctly the first time, and getting honest advice about when repairs are NOT needed is worth a lot."

Most of of it ended up being relatively small repairs but I know some plumbers would have replaced rather than fixed to make more money. Very honest, good communication, reasonable pricing, skilled work - I will call them for all of my plumbing needs."
