"This company was pretty good as Defenbaugh, but when Waste Management took over, service has plummeted. This company is trash (pun intended). We had a long-standing (10+ years) arrangement for our pickup to be prior to 8 am because of a small parking lot. For years and years it worked perfectly. The Waste Management took over. They now come at any time of day. If any cars are nearby, they skip, then want to charge us an extra pickup to do the job they were hired for. Customer “service” is very, very nice and totally ineffective, never delivering on their promises. If an alternative comes up in Overland Park for commercial trash pickup, we want it. Avoid if at all possible."
