"Everything seemed fine at first. The manager came in, discussed the project, and asked what we wanted done. From day one, however, I realized I would need to be present at all times because I quickly lost trust and confidence in the team. They showed up and left whenever they wanted, despite assuring us they could meet the agreed timeline. The workers were unfamiliar with the layout we requested, and the project exceeded the scheduled completion date. What should have taken three days ended up taking a full week, causing me to incur additional out-of-pocket expenses for lodging. I constantly had to direct the workers and monitor their work; otherwise, they would do things incorrectly or not as requested. To make matters worse, the manager later claimed they needed to charge extra for “leveling the floor,” which they presented as a major issue across the entire house—when in reality, it was a small area. Furniture was damaged, and dried cement was left on walls and blinds. On the final day, cleanup was assigned to a single worker—an older woman—who physically could not lift heavy trash bags filled with broken tiles or rugs. With no proper help, I stepped in and assisted her using my own cart, even though this should not have been my responsibility. To add insult to injury, while helping, I was rudely told by a driver that I was loading the trailer incorrectly and ordered to redo the work, which I refused. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, who initially said he would reduce the cost, but then tried to increase the price above the original $7,000 agreement, citing the unnecessary “leveling” work."

"My experience with this family owned business was beyond amazing. The 22 years old carpet in my two story, furniture filled, house was in desperate need of replacement. I had put it off as long as I could. From the moment I walked into their showroom, Kim and her son Evan, assured me they were up to the task. Yes, I would need to do some pre-prep, move small items, including Televisions and other Electronics, empty the Hutch, Curio Cabinets, Credenza, Closets etc. but their installers would handle the heavy stuff. The professional, efficient, friendly installers arrived at 7:45 AM. They looked at the situation and announced that the scheduled two day job could be completed in one day! It was like Carpet Ninjas had arrived. The three man crew swooped in and moved all the furniture, removed the old carpet, installed 200 square yards of beautiful new carpet and moved the furniture back, all by 5:45.
