"I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job. And it's been 4 years and I still get compliments to this day from everyone who comes by to visit! Also, some of Nilton's suggestions (e.g. vinyl floors vs hardware floors), helped me save thousands of dollars in the long run. "Remove tub and install shower.The salesman came to the house sat and talk about the company and how it got started for an hour and half. Then we started to talk price had to call his manager on any price we talked about .  Waited about 5 weeks for job to get started .Finally on August 24 2022 they came they remove the tub and half way through the job I realized it was the wrong size. There was supposed to be a space for a linen closet.  It has been three weeks with no shower I have to go through my yard to my neighbors toshower. When I contact them they say it's not in yet or I didn't  get back to you because i had covid. Well I have searched the web for the size base and Lowes an home depot has them and Amazon . I am 80 and don't enjoy going to my neighbors every day.BEWARE"
