"Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)"

It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing."

Patrick came out (after normal business hours to accommodate us), and checked both the inside of our house and the roof of our house and confirmed that it was an OLD roof leak and that our roof was too new to have that type of leak.
