"Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)"

Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. "It was a small repair of the facia board and soffit for my roof, so they did not carry everything they needed and had to go get supplies, which took some time. Mike was very apologetic and I found him to be very sincere. They did work quickly and did a good job, although the caulking in between the boards was sloppy and has to be corrected before the facia can be painted. I liked Mike very much, and they cleaned up after the job was done, but honestly it is the small things I look for to determine if I would hire them again for a larger job and I just do not think I would."
