"Price was very reasonable for specified services.  Very prompt with lawn assessment and estimate. Provided services promptly.  Fertilizing produced greener thicker grass where there already was some grass.  Overseed, however, was not effective on the bare areas, due to lack of soil prep.  Core aeration alone was not adequate soil prep for overseeding on Hard bare ground and areas covered in dead grass.  I got better results when I followed up with some soil loosening and seeding myself.  This should have been obvious to a professional and included in plan and pricing. Granted I have a challenging lawn site, so it needed a more complete plan. <br /> Overseeding was done too late in year, immediately before heavy acorn and leaf fall, which further undermined new grass growth.  I suggested an earlier, even Spring seeding and agent dismissed the suggestion because of weed growth in summer.  Better to have some grass growth mixed with weeds, than no grass growth at all. <br />"

"My review covers a bit more than just the 2015 spring/summer lawn mowing season. <br /> I have gotten quotes from them for fall leaf clean-up, tree work, and lawn fertilization, and find their prices to be on the high side. With these higher prices, one would expect excellence in the quality of the work as well as the professionalism of the company. I found both to be a bit lacking. My biggest complaint with the lawn mowing service is that the weed whacking (trimming) quality was awful. The kid they had doing it would zip around the yard without care and attention and burn the edge grass, till by mid-season it was dead. As the weeks went on, there was nothing left for him to trim as the grass in all the edge areas was dead. We discussed it to him as well as called the company about it on a couple occasions through the season and finally, by the end of the season, he began to put some care into his work, but it was too late for our grass. We will need to replant all the edge areas this spring. <br /> <br /> <br />"

Service was performed on-schedule during the entire season; more frequently (weekly) during the active growing season and less frequently (every 10 to 14 days) when lawn growth slowed during the heat of summer. Economical because you pay by the month for the service(s) performed; $200 for a month of weekly mowings and $100 for a month of biweekly mowings. <br />"

"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

"The locksmith arrived on time. He was curteous and professional. He changed out approximately 8 lock cores, 1 door know and installed a deadbolt. He asked how we wanted the locks keyed, as in, did we want all the locks to use the same key or did we want certain doors to use a different key. Before he left he made multiple copies of the keys for each lock, saving us a trip to the hardware store. The only area for improvement would be for the locksmith to have picked up the wood shavings left behind from installing the dead bolt. The cost was slightly lower than other locksmiths we have used. I woudl definielty use Johnson's Hardware again. <br />"
