"This crew is a hard working dedicated group of men. They showed up on time, worked all day and did a fantastic job. I changed my mind on colors a couple of times during the process (before a huge surface was complete) and they immediately changed over to my new choice. I have all wood trim and a partial wood ceiling and beams, I had no idea that wood could be so unpredictable. They were patient with me, Yuri (owner) painted one section of trim with the color I chose, he recognized that the color I picked was probably too dark and stopped painting and asked my opinion. He was right, it was too dark and it was the color I had asked him to purchase. He then advised me about possible different colors that would provide the effect I was looking for. I picked a new color and it was exactly what I wanted. Later, after drying for a couple of days, I saw some flaws that surfaced (my dogs hair got stuck on one of the wood structures while the finish was drying). No questions asked, they came out the next day and fixed it at no extra cost. This company will give you an honest quote and finish the job way faster than anticipated. The only draw back is this: the first day they paint ALL the ceilings, so, if you can, get out of the house. Which for me, during this unusual C-19 time was impossible. But they were patient, understood when I removed plastic that they had to install to protect surfaces. They are super fast. I mean SUPER fast. Bottom line, having the whole interior of your home painted during C-19 is not ideal, but this company is. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to call me. "My wife & I kept ourselves busy during the pandemic with several projects, one being exterior painting. But our house is very tall and on Aquidneck Island near Newport RI. I only own two ladders that go so high plus I am not keen on climbing too high. I had contacted some painters, a couple on my own and some through Angies list. Square 1 Solutions especially Dean the salesperson puts other painting companies to shame, he was on time (rare), took time to look at the job, was dress nicely, polite, and quote which was fair priced. Now it was not a huge job since we did a lot of the work ourselves but we were still treated with respect. The biggest difference between them and the other painters they just did not take a quick look and throw out a BS number, or the first guy I gave the job to never called, or showed up after I gave him the quote. Lastly the quote was not so ridiculous I could not help but to laugh at their ridiculous prices. If you live on Aquidneck Island, shop around, is my best advice but you probably wont find a more honest an fair price than Square 1."
