"I recently hired Nolan Strom for a whole house renovation design including a front porch addition, a rear second floor shed dormer and a completely new first and second floor layout. From the design phase to drafting the plans, Nolan was exceptional. Nolan took the time to understand my vision plus contribute his ideas to my renovation resulting in a floor plan that was perfect for what I wanted. Then Nolan helped me through the approval process with the city and provided invaluable advice during the construction phase. My project is finished and exceeded all my expectations. My house went from a typical front exterior elevation for a 1950â s Cape Cod to stunning with the most beautiful open gable front porch. My interior floor plan went from choppy small rooms to open and more functional with the addition of a first floor master, first floor laundry and mud room. The shed dormer on the second floor was a brilliant way to maximize the space for 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in a very cost effective manor. Oh, and by the way, this was all accomplished by phone and Zoom. I was referred to Nolan by a family member after I shared my frustration with trying to find an architect who would return my phone calls. I live in a different state but was comfortable moving forward with Whole Construction Solutions after our initial virtual meeting. I could not be more pleased with Nolanâ s services and highly recommend him for your project."

"Wow!! Awesome job! They did a clean up of my front and backyards. A large portion was wooded with years of leaves. They cleaned out the leaves & dead trees and thinned out the smaller trees and brush. They also cleaned out and treated the weeds, sticker bushes and poison ivy. The yard and woods look amazing!!! Thank you sooo much! I highly recommend them."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Apart from the first call, all other interactions with Evolution Drafting were a bait & switch. From the appt. date for site tech to measure my home, to the experience and skill set of the tech that was sent, to the lack of communication, the experience was awful. Deadlines were not met, no explanation or apology given; only excuses and partial/incorrect work was sent, seemingly in an attempt to appease me. When I did finally receive the initial two drafts of the "as-is" drawing, they had not even captured the exterior deck and facade (windows, doors, garage, etc.) at all, and this was noted from the beginning as the primary scope of work and primary reason for hiring them. Further, nearly every dimension in the "as-is" drawings that they sent me, was incorrect. Existing doors, walls, windows were missing in two iterations of the as-is drawings; delaying the ability to share the concept and desired renovation scopes until there was a correct baseline. The deposit paid was a complete waste as I waited 3+ weeks for the site tech's visit, then the drawings did not start until 3 days before the next milestone set was due to me. In checking dimensions like the length of my existing kitchen, placement of the main entry door to the home, etc., I found all of them to be incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest, did not pay their site tech vendor on-time, causing him to contact me with threats of leaning the project before we even had drawings to submit to the city and the management and project coordinators made promises that they did not even attempt to keep or follow-up on promised communications."

"Moises and his partner were very professional. They came in, prepped, and got to work in a disciplined manner. This backsplash project was not straightforward given the tiles that we were using. When these guys were done with it it looked absolutely fabulous. I especially appreciated both their quality and the fact that they left the place just like they found it and cleaned up very well after themselves."
