All work was done at a high level of quality and in a timely manner. Communication for planning each of the tasks easy and reliable. Contractor arrived on time. "Edwin was very responsive and was the only painter that I contacted on Angie’s List who replied for my request for estimate in a timely manner. He had a good price and kept in touch with me about scheduling so our job was able to be done sooner when an opening came up in their schedule. His crew was on site every morning at or before 8:30 AM for the job which took 4 days. They did a good job on the painting, pressure washing and window cleaning and were very responsive when we pointed out small issues which they quickly took care of for us. Throughout the process Edwin communicated to us in person, via email, and via text messages to discuss paint colors and specific requests. All in all, they did good work for a good price and are the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended!"

"Joe immediately came out and gave us an estimate. Based on other estimates we received, Joe’s estimate was in line. When we decided to go with them they were able to send a crew over in a very timely manner. The crew was headed by Hector. The crew was friendly and very competent. Joe stopped by each day to supervise the work. The crew cleaned up each day and replaced all of our furniture at the end of the job. The painting was excellently completed. We have already recommended the company to several colleagues who were looking for painters. Joe, Hector and the rest of the crew are true professionals."

"Benjamin came today to paint my porch. Was through and professional as he sanded, primed and painted it. Was always pleasant and answered any questions I had. Did not leave a mess and costs were not excessive. Was able to complete job in a day with time between priming and painting. Would recommend him."

"The overall job went well. The (reasonable) estimate was performed weeks in advance of work. The work required 2 days. Scheduling was agreed on, & Manny confirmed a few days before the job. Manny power washed himself, but had a co-assistant on the paint project. Communications, punctuality, and work progress was very good. The finished job met my expectations. I only wish extra paint could’ve been left for touchups; but Manny did provide me with purchase info having brand/color of sealant used. A 3 yr warranty was also provided with receipt so that’s awesome. I’ve even obtained another estimate for possible painting of my siding."

"This is the second time I used Shalom Home Solutions for a painting job, after they did a good job on my rental. This job involves a four bedroom single family house with a finished basement, totaling 5166 sqft. The painting includes all interior surface and baseboards, with minor drywall repair and caulking. Amilcar and his crew did a very good job. They arrived early everyday around 7 a.m. and leave around 4 p.m. The cherry hardwood floors were covered with drop cloth and the railings were covered with plastic sheets. Some elaborate window treatment had to be taken down and put back. The house was cleaned up after the job was done. There was no damage in the process. It was completed on time. Amilcar was very communicative throughout the process, responding to my text message and email quickly. The only minor negative is when he brought in a few newer painters one day and their work was a bit rushed (not taping up the cherry shoe molding). Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the work."

"This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.
