"I hired Savatree to cut down 1 tree on my mother property and remove all wood on 4/18/16. I paid their roughly 50% upfront fee the same day as I received the contract to start the work. Everything seemed ok as they came and cut down the tree but then stacked the wood in the front yard as well as the neighbors front yard. Which the neighbor then freaked out as a ton of wood was piled in front of their house. I called them to let them know and was told they will pick it up on a certain day then never showed then I called again and etc until some of the wood was pickup up. Then I called again and again only to get planned dates then excuses and surprised responses about crews not showing up. I have called the main office to also tell them about the work not being completed and also they have been sending me bills that the job is completed ever since the tree was taken down in April. I am completely frustrated with the poor communication and service from this company. I received lower quotes from other competitors and decided to pay more for a major named company expecting good service. I did not plan on having a cut up tree litter the front yard for 4 months and having to chase the company to complete the job."

"Absolutely terrible experience! Here it is mid September when the lawn should be at its peak. The time of year when Lawn usually is glorious. It looks worse than it did in the middle of the winter. The shrubs have been treated at the cost of thousands of dollars, and they are back in the same condition they were in the spring. My credit card is burning up with charges that I have not authorized. I have had others in the past, lawn Dr., Trugreen, etc. all disappointing, but at least upfront about their billing and their charges."
