"Overall, they do very good work. I was pleased with how it turned out. It looked much better than I expected. It took a while to get around to me but there was some rain that seemed to hold up getting the sod. They communicated a few times along the way and told me they were about 3 weeks out. I marked that I would not use them again. And I hate to say that because they did nice work. In fact, when they called to say they were at the house, I asked for a quote for additional work. I was looking for some landscaping in the back of the yard. I left payment the next day and included a note with a reminder for the quote and a little more description. I never heard back. I really can't stand non-responsiveness when you are asking to hire someone. Even if you say we are booked or that is not something we do. Complete communication goes a long way to professionalism."
