"I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"

"They were okay for the first 8 months but recently in the past 2 months nobody did any service to my house as seen from my outdoor cameras and I was still being charged for it. I blocked the payment for the second time and called customer service to cancel my account. They informed me I must pay the amount due before canceling even though they didn't do the service. I reluctantly paid and after they charged me the money they mentioned that they will transfer me to someone who can cancel my service. After waiting a couple minutes the person got back on the line saying they can't get in touch of the people who can cancel my service and they can't do it themselves even though they just charged me saying I have to pay before canceling. They said they will call me back in 24-48h where I can cancel then. Clearly this is a tactic to avoid people canceling by making them wait and sending them in a circle till they forget about it. What a scam of a service."

"Be very skeptical if using them for their lawn care service. We called their Warrenville location in late August last year after two seasons of having issues with our lawn where we got spotty patches of dead grass spreading mainly our backyard but some in our front as well. After coming out and examining it, they informed us we had a fungus and that they could provide fungus treatment. They recommended a treatment be applied, one last season and four additional treatments this year. They also recommended we have them aerate and over seed the lawn last fall. We agreed and had them do all of this. We also spent about three weekends digging up the dead areas of our lawn and reseeding. So what did our $1,200 in fees get us? As with the last two seasons in the spring our lawn began to appear to get back to normal until June came and we started having the exact same issue! Spotty dead grass patches in the same areas which were spreading even more. So we sent them an email explaining our disappointment and frustration. They came out again and after looking at the lawn said we did not have the fungus, but now have Cinch bugs and they are the cause for our dead spotty grass patch. If we want they can send us an estimate of what that service would cost us. After apparently miss diagnosing our issue last year, they want to charge us for another apparent problem. They basically want to keep having us pay them to treat our lawn hoping that one the treatments they recommend will eventually work. Be careful with their suggestions, you may be throwing away your money like we did or better yet find another company that can actually help you with your lawn issues."
