Work was done beautifully. Paint was neat, no streaks, carpentry was done well and we're very pleased with the end result. Pricing was a little high this time around. At the same time of the front renovation, we had him install new garage doors with remotes, clean, repair and apply new finishes to the floors. He suggested replacing the old fixtures in the bathroom and updating the plumbing system within the wall. He also redid my closet where the water was leaking down to and patched up the entrance. My bathroom was also retiled in some areas, recaulked to make it water-tight, and repainted to give it a fresh look.
