"If I could give 10 starts, I would! We had a jungle in our back yard for years, and our front yard was filled with invasive weeds as well as a huge dip in the lawn from sewer work by the city. Charly and Melissa are two of the hardest working people I've met, and they are very skilled in their profession. They weeded, removed old stumps, streamlined the flower beds, sodded, edged the lawn, removed debris and river rock, and created a a beautiful yard that I can finally enjoy. I would highly recommend Chicago Lawn Pros to anyone looking to improve their property."

"Tony did a walk through and described how the job was going to get done. Then sent me a contract. He then did the job and left out a vital aspect of the job. Asked why a step was not performed as we discussed during the walk through of job. He stated, well that part was not in the contract. Also, had to call him many times and file a complaint to the BBB. Once the BBB complaint was filed. He came back to complete another portion of the job he never finished. By the way still trying to figure out how to remedy the issue I now have. Due to the vital aspect that was not in the contract. Thank you Tony, real nice!"

"I selected D&D for a patio installation project. In March during the design and planning, they were very responsive. After they submitted the permit, they almost never responded. My village gave feedback in late March and 2.5 months later D&D never moved the project forward. Only received 1 message in April saying they would get back to me and one meeting in May saying they are waiting for the village (that was not true per my village). It has been another 3 weeks since I have heard back from the team after telling them the village is waiting for them to provide more information. The office does not return calls or texts either. This has been a very frustrating experience as D&D almost never texts back or returns calls. I have called or texted almost daily for two months. I am very surprised by their high rating as they seem incredibly unresponsive to me. I do not recommend anyone work with D&D."
