We needed landscape remediation as water was building up in the front side of our house (during heavy rain) and wanted a new flower bed as well. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Pierce came out to take a look and after talking to him, I was confident he had the expertise to do the work. To no surprise, he and his crew did a fantastic job. I defaulted to his opinion about what plants would look great in the flower bed. My only request was a small Japanese maple. The communication was great from start to finish. "Working with Carl, Karen and Jack at CTS Electric was a truly excellent experience, and I am so glad we found them! We've needed a back-up generator for quite a while, and had checked out some other suppliers, but none of them could design a system that worked for the layout of our home. Carl came out and, in one hour, had the perfect solution for us! The generator we ordered, a 20 Kw Briggs & Stratton unit, arrived on time and was quickly followed up with a highly professional installation. Even when the usual installation "challenges" came up, all was taken in stride and professionally resolved, most likely taking more time than had been anticipated, at NO additional charge. Jack was even able to come back later, on an additional job that got our WiFi working better than ever - yes, they do that too! Our installation is very neat and completely unobtrusive. And, we have already had a chance to see how well the installation works. Our power went out for 12 hours just one week after the unit was installed. But for us, it was only out for about 25 seconds!
