Jamie reassured me that his company uses quality waterproofing materials (Wedi) and employs skilled tradesman. Kirk, the plumbing technician, discovered a secondary leak in the piping and was able to correct the issue before shower installation. Steve meticulously waterproofed and tiled the shower in an intricate herringbone pattern. Grout lines are to perfection and no leaks! Jamie kept me informed of every aspect of the project. I paid nearly $300 for a technician to come out for 5 minutes, put a snake in the drain and leave.., yet it is now going on day three and the problem still has not been fixed. Two techs have been out to my home. I find this completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for professional service, they should not be left without a functioning toilet for days. I hoped for timely, effective, and professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. "Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings.
