"Gleyson was my main contact for the job. I received several quotes around the same price, but Vellox came recommended from a friend that had their roof done by Vellox. Gleyson came and did an initial quote, he measured the house, asked me what specific roofing tiles/color I wanted and based on those he gave me a quote a few days later. I paid a 50% deposit and we went from there. I was on a time crunch since I was going on vacation soon so he was able to accommodate my timeline. His crew showed up bright and early, they started around 7:00AM and was done at and cleaned up at 4:30PM. This review is a year later and after a winter of snow, summer/spring of rain I have had no issues."

"Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

The damage was extensive involving chimney work, framing, roof, carpentry and gutters. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained by Ben and his team and the day of repair/install the crew worked together seamlessly and quality of the work was amazing and when they were done everything was cleaned up like they weren’t even there! "Roofing company sent someone within a few hours of my call (on May 22 or 23) to do an estimate. Company president (Parker Willard) and his son (Parker, Jr.) arrived, and were punctual and personable. They showed me photos of the roof and explained what needed to be done. An estimate was provided by email within about 24 hours. I signed the contract and offered to provide a deposit, later that week. I was told no deposit would be required for this small job. We were told that the work would be scheduled the following week. The work was actually done on June 7 and 8, consistent with a call made to us earlier that week to schedule it. It was a one-man job, for about 1-1/2 days. The worker was pleasant and readily responded to a request to check a couple of shingles he had not done. From what I can see of it, the work was done neatly and appears to be what we asked for. (I can see the finished bay window roof from a window above it.) All in all, we were quite pleased. Note: I put "N/A" on price because I chose not to get other bids, so I do not know if another roofer would have charged more or less than we paid. I went sole-source because of the relatively small amount of work, this company;s A rating, their responsiveness to my call, and limitations on my own schedule that week."

""Newton Roofing" had done work for me 25-30 years ago. I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. Mr. Melo took the time to explain matters to me in detail. I will certainly be using them for roofing matters in future,"
