"Zach did plans for 2 homes for me and he did a wonderful job. One was a complete tear down and rebuild. He was meticulous with details and has true design talent. I would hire him again in a minute."

"Excellent Experience – Highly Recommend company. I had a great experience working with this drafting company. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. A special shoutout to Collin Kelsch and Rosa Chatwin for their outstanding cooperation and attention to detail throughout the project."

"We had 2-3 years of constant road work as a result of storm Sandy (gas line and water line replacement) and there was a crack that expanded over time in the living area on the second floor. We needed to know if it was structural or cosmetic. Anthony arrived on time and began to examine the crack as well as take measurements to determine any significant changes. He was familiar with the land issues in this area, which I appreciated. He explained as he went along and also went to every room in the home and outside for any other evidence of cracks. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and advised how to correct the issue. In addition he also gave tips regarding procedures for any renovations on the property which was extremely helpful. There was a fee for the inspection and an additional fee for a written report. I would definitely hire again if I have any issues."

"great experience - Doug was very professional, had great ideas, went above and beyond the original scope of work. Very reasonable rates."

"I?m Patti Phelps from Prime Estimation in Plano, Texas. We recently hired NextEdge Builders Corporation for an architectural project, and I supervised the work throughout. We first had them prepare our architectural drawings, and their output was excellent ? clear, accurate, and professionally done. After the drawings were completed, we moved ahead with a cost estimate, which turned out to be highly accurate, around 98?99%, and very reliable for our budgeting. What I appreciated most was how smoothly their drafting and estimation teams work together. Having both services under one company saved a lot of time and avoided unnecessary coordination. I confidently recommend NextEdge Builders Corporation for anyone needing dependable drafting and estimation services across Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical scopes."

"He was very timely, and he had an incredible personality and he capture everything that we wanted."

"Working with Jaff Hiatt was an outstanding experience. Samantha and Wes offered sophisticated and high-end creativity and precision, and took the time to conceptualize a deep understanding of our vision to deliver a design that exceeded every expectation. Communication was seamless, timelines were met, and the final result perfectly balances functionality and beauty in a space we will enjoy for years to come."

"I had a wonderful time working with Gabrielle. She is a talented and empathetic designer who listened to what I sought in my office remodel. She was mindful of my budget and offered great advice on repurposing a few essential items I already had. The final product was so lovely I could use my office as a recording space for a work video! Gabrielle made my office into an excellent space that my whole family enjoys. I also worked with her on my house purchase and was able to initially use her expertise to look over home inspections, view houses via video chat and help me make a decision on the feasibility of said homes. Gabrielle's knowledge was imperative in my home buying decision. Furthermore, she was also pivotal in a kitchen remodle that I did in my small cottage home, attached to my main house. She helped us think of a strategy for removing a partial wall and also how to best position, construct and install a kitchen island. Needless to say, Gabrielle is a one stop shop for any building, interior and consulting needs that anyone has while building, buying, renovating or decorating a home. I highly recommend her services!"
