Afterwards, different people sent, and their work was shoddy- missed patches in yard, used weedeater indiscriminately, cutting down ornamental flowering bushes and vines trained to a trellis. They replaced plants,if we requested it, but this was common. They removed mature herbs along with weeds in herb garden. We stopped service due to job changes. when we attempted to re-start, was told that our business was too troublesome, and that they would charge us extra. We always on time- clearly our account was not lucrative enough for us to be treated respectfully. (we paid $150/month for weekly cut during summer and biweekly/monthly for winter the contract that they suggested.) When we spoke with the young men sent to do work, they were dismissive. maintenance trims of hedges was extra cost."

"They've been very good and very helpful. I use them all the time because they are my yearly lawn care guys. They come out to fertilize, poison out the weeds and they put some insect stuff down too because we have those in Florida. They also do extra things for me. They talked to us, gave us advice and we walked throughout the yard with them. My yard looks better than it had with the other lawn service that I've had. We've had them for about 3 years. The guy who kept my grass suggests that I use him because his mother got them and was using them. I've been really pleased with them. My yard was not looking good and they came out and started on some things, gave me advice about what to do and it's been really nice. They're a little more expensive but since the yard looks so good it certainly is worth the price."

"The technicians were on time for my appointment. We discussed any problems I'd been having regarding pests. I mentioned the ants, which they sprayed for under the terms of the pest control contract. Under the pest control contract, the technicians also baited for roaches. Under the WDO contract, a complete inspection was done, including the attic. After the inspection, a full treatment for WDO was done outside. They were very courteous and professional."

"We called Brandon because our new home already had termite protection arranged by the builder and because it got decent reviews on Angie's List.  The sales rep came right out and we signed up for a quartely house service and monthly lawn service.  The sales rep sprayed the inside of the house that day.  Another rep came out a couple of days later and did the lawn.  We had to pay $219 for the initial start-up but are now paying $59 per month for the house and yard.  We have a 2,000 sq. ft. house and they noted the lawn size at 3,000. <br /> The sales rep said not to freak out if we see some activity for about a week after the initial spraying.  We have not seen pests in the house generally with two exceptions.  The kind that fly in when you open the doors, and we saw a fairly large scorpion in the garage right by the door to the house on Saturday after the spraying.  I called Brandon and the only suggestion they had was to stay away from the area until they could send someone out on the following Friday.  The woman promised to get someone out earlier if possible, but waiting almost a full week before we could access the cars through that doorway was not an option.  My husband killed it with a large shoe despite it putting up a fight.  We saw another smaller scorpion in the office of the house a few days later and killed that one, too.  Nothing more yet to report on unusual activity.  That is the reason I gave them a B on responsiveness. <br />"

They were very responsive, although they were a few days late for their first appointment, but the situation was corrected promptly after I called. They were very knowledgeable about the different species of weeds and treatment options. I will continue to use them."

"It turned out very well. In the analysis they were very thorough about pointing out stuff and even bug areas up in our attic and this is a new house we're getting to move into. So, they analyzed the few bugs they found there and what treatment they needed and they took care of it and we haven't had any problem since."
