The initial contact with Michael Sheehan was very pleasant as well as informative. He helped us choose the best roof to meet our requirements and provided us with a written proposal outlining the work to be performed, warranty features, and total cost. We chose Acorn to do our job based on the following factors: we judged their proposal to be our best value considering cost, quality and warranty; Acorn has credentials as both a GAF Master Elite contractor and an Owens Corning Preferred contractor; they could schedule us before the onset of hurricane season; they have received numerous positive online reviews; and Michael was responsive and easy to work with. Whenever we called Acorn’s office, Mary was there to pick up the phone. Mary is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Any questions or requests that we had were addressed promptly and effectively. The crew worked very diligently and efficiently, completing the job within the projected two-day timeframe. Ron, the head crew chief overseeing the work, was present the entire time. The cleanup was quite well done, and both the dumpster and residual material were removed in less than one hour after the crew had finished. We found all of the workers that we were directly involved with, including vendors delivering supplies, to be polite, considerate, and personable. We have only had the new roof for less than one month, but it evidently seems to be performing as expected. It certainly looks very nice and has elicited several compliments. To summarize, we are very pleased with the performance, results, and customer service provided by Acorn Home Improvements, and we would definitely contact them for future work."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"Honor roofing was everything that was expected and more. Total honesty, professionalism, and quality of workmanship. I had few bad experiences with other roofing companies, one that didnâ t show up to patch some shingles that blew off my roof and there was a big windstorm coming the next day. . I called Dennis at HONOR at 4 oâ clock and he was at my house in 20 minutes and spent an hour and a half patching over 30 shingles that blew off. They have a set price for an excellent quality shingle with an excellent warranty. The other two companies that I dealt with said they will take whatever the insurance pays, but then I find out that they also order the cheaper shingles for the edging and cut corners wherever they need to. That is not how Honor works. They have top of The line installers and top-of-the-line quality products, and I am so thankful that after everything I went through with the other roofing companies that I found Honor roofing. They contacted me for every aspect of the installation. I knew upfront everything that was going to be done. I was able to ask any questions, no matter what it was. "After the heavy snow, our roof started to leak.It was full of snow and we were afraid nobody will give us a solution as long as it was with snow.We called several roofing companies and nobody was helpful until we called Everest Construction Group.They said they will send two guys the next day to help with the cleaning of the snow and inspect the shingles and the flashings where it might leak.They came cleaned the roof and found where it was the real damage.They repair it.After the repair was done they gave us an estimate for the whole roof installation and also suggested that is better to do the installation in March.We will call them.Very helpful, very professional.It is great to have this kind of companies around!
