"Inexperienced, unorganized, unable to plan work. Walked off job and left me with a mess to clean up. I struggle to use my right shoulder because of a shoulder replacement. I had to complete laying mulch, and had to carry 10 bags of mulch back to front yard, because he brought too many bags to work location. I had instructed him to only bring 10 bags to sire, and he brought 20 total. He did nit know how to lay mulch. He brought 10 extra bags and put them in the area we had to cover with mulch. He works hard but can?t plan, coordinate and execute properly. Very defensive when given instructions "
