"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

He gets the job done quickly and thoroughly every time, he even cleans the baseboards so everything looks brand new after he leaves and the house smells amazing. "I wish I'd done this years ago. Seriously, if you move into a residence that has carpets, get them cleaned before you move in, if at all possible. They brought a black light and determined that the previous residents had pets. Because we were worried about smells from the carpet, they suggested using enzymes that would remove smells better. This doubled the price, but we were happy to do it. I'm excited to see if this resolves the smells we had in our apartment. "
