Another part of the project was to aerate and overseed the front lawn. This was never done. I made the mistake of paying up front based on the good reviews on Angie's. I ended up taking him to small claims court to get that portion of the money back. If you decides to go with Environmental, provide a detailed scope of work that you want done and it is on proposal."
