"The owner was "just starting out" and was responsive with initial communications. However, the work was terrible. The house was empty except for one couch, a long dresser, and a medium size desk. He did not move any of the furniture. He did not even clean behind the doors. We asked for couch cleaning as well. The couch was cleaned VERY superficially. He was there almost 4 hours for a 500-600 square foot area, stairs and two couches. The carpet was still wet three days later. The owner was made aware of the missed patches offered to come back. However, we were moving out of state and rental company for the house ultimately did not charge a fee for the partially cleaned carpets"

"We clean our carpets every 6 months for maintenance and to increase the longevity of our carpets. This was our first time using this company. He steamed cleaned the carpet in 2 small apartments which included stairs! Cleaning the second apartment that day was a last minute decision and I wasn’t home to help move things around. Kevin took the time and put in extra effort to move things off the floor (baby jumper, glider chair, pack and play, totes, suitcase, toys, etc) in order to do a great job. This was really nice and so helpful, because not everyone will. He also made note of cleaning up some areas of dried paint our painters left behind! That’s not fun or easy to do. Our carpets are cleaned and refreshed now. Kevin was on time, communicative, professional but friendly, and followed up after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again!"

He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning.
